When going through Profile Verification in TextApp, you may come across these status updates:
- Pending: Verification hasn’t started yet. You may still need to upload the required documents or provide additional details.
- Started: The process has begun. Your documents are submitted, and the system has initiated identity checks.
- Processing: Your information is under review and being validated to confirm accuracy.
- Approved: Your profile has been successfully verified, and your account is now fully active.
- Failed: The verification attempt was unsuccessful. This could happen if documents are unclear, details don’t match, or due to technical issues. If you see this status, it will reset to Pending so you can correct the issue and try again.
