Want to stay on top of your TextApp messages and calls? Here's how to easily manage notifications through the app:
Enabling Notifications:
Open your device's Settings app.
Locate Text in your list of applications and tap on it.
Look for the Notifications section and tap on it.
Ensure Allow Notifications is toggled on (indicated by a green bar).
Customizing Notification Preferences (FYI):
Once notifications are enabled, you can personalize how you receive alerts:
Notification Center Display: These notifications appear when you swipe down from the top of your screen.
Sound Alerts: Hear audible notifications when your volume is turned on.
App Icon Badge: A red number shows up on the TextApp icon, indicating unread messages or missed calls when you're not actively using the app.
Lock Screen Notifications: See your notifications even when your device is locked.
Bonus Tip: For a truly silent experience, you can disable notifications completely by toggling Allow Notifications off in the Settings menu. However, you'll be responsible for manually checking TextApp for new messages and calls.
