There are two ways to identify incoming calls on TextApp, depending on whether the app is already open:
TextApp Not In Use: When TextApp isn't the active app on your screen, you'll receive notifications for incoming calls. These notifications will typically display the call type (video or voice) and the caller's phone number.
TextApp In Use: If you're already using TextApp when a call comes in, you'll see a traditional incoming call screen. This screen will show:
The caller's name, if the number is saved in your TextApp contacts.
The caller's phone number only, if the number is not saved in your contacts.
In short, TextApp helps you identify incoming callers by displaying their name (if saved) or phone number through notifications or the call screen.
