TextApp provides two ways to manage contacts:

  1. TextApp Contacts (Free): These are contacts who also use TextApp.

  2. Phonebook Contacts (Regular): These are your standard phone contacts from your device's address book.

    • To add a Phonebook contact:

      1. Open the Contacts section in TextApp.

      2. Tap Add New Contact sign, positioned top right corner of the contacts screen.

      3. (Optional)Upload a photo from your gallery, or enhance it with emojis.

      4. Provide the name, phone number, and any additional details you wish to include for the new contact.

      5. Tap "Done" to add the contact to your Phonebook list.

Alternatively:

  • You can add contacts directly from the Call Screen:

    1. Open the Call screen and select "Phone Calls."

    2. Choose the country code and enter the number.

    3. Tap "Add Number" below the number field.

    4. Enter contact details and tap "Done."
