No. The WiFi number works on a unique network and it does not connect to real phone network nor a real phone number.
Not to be confused - the TextApp number is easy to identify - starts with +T123.
Even if you get Sim (Private) Number, it will not affect your primary phone number. Interconnection between your WiFi number, Sim number is also not allowed - to provide you the highest security and privacy, just like a dual sim phone.
