You have a very convenient option to stop the subscription when you uninstall the app.
From iOS 13 onwards, it shows a dialog for you to manage and cancel the subscription when you uninstall the app. In case you missed to cancel earlier, you can refer to instructions on the Apple site to manage the subscription.
