- Why does the TextApp +T123 number require both sender and receiver to be users of the app?
The WiFi number works on its own network managed by TextApp and does not have any interconnection with other networks like typical PSTN or mobile networks. This is to protect the TextApp user so s/he cannot be reached through a real phone line. Hence, it is required for both - sender & receiver to be on the TextApp network to connect.
